Visa support

Most visitors to Belarus would need a visa, except for holders of national passports issued by Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. All the rest will have to apply for a visa in the Consulate of Belarus in their home country (or the closest one). Please, click here to find one in your country  www.belembassy.org. Visa support as of a registered travel agency consists of providing an invitation letter required for a short-term tourist visa. Booking a hotel and/ or other services with our agency is a must when visa support is requested.

Визовая поддержка In some cases the Consulate might request a tourist services contract which we can supply as well. It contract that contains general provisions of your cooperation with a travel agency and lists the services you booked through this agency and prepaid for.

There are 3 ways to obtain a Belarusian tourist visa:

1. Getting visa in your home country

To issue an invitation we will need you:

  • to choose a hotel in Belarus that we will book for you for a certain period (often at discounted rates);
  • to send us your passport copy;
  • to specify the exact dates of stay in Belarus;
  • to specify which Consulate you will be applying at.

After you have paid our invoice we e-mail an invitation (or DHL the original of the invitation and voucher if needed) directly to you and the Belarusian Consulate where you apply.

To get a visa you must present the following documents to the local Belarusian Consulate:

  • our visa invitation letter (the citizens of the European Union, US, Canada, Japan and Israel can present a copy of the invitation);
  • a filled in visa application form with a passport-sized photo;
  • a passport valid at least 90 days on the date of exit from Belarus;
  • any additional papers if requested by the Consulate.

Please, note that visa fee is an extra charge paid directly at the Consulate.

2. Obtaining visa on arrival (International Minsk airport)

If there is no Belarusian Consulate in your country or you are short of time, we can assist you in applying for a short-term visa on arrival at a Consular Office of the MSQ Airport. Our on-arrival Visa Support consists of submission of the original of the invitation letter to the Airport Consulate at least 2 days prior to your arrival. In this case you will take care of all the paperwork on your own.

To issue an invitation we will need you:

  • to choose a hotel in Belarus that we will book for you for a certain period (often at discounted rates);
  • to specify the exact dates of stay in Belarus;
  • to send us your passport copy or data passport with full name, passport number, date of birth, citizenship, passport issued on… valid until…;
  • your place of work, position and address, as well as your home address.

You will need to present to the Consulate on arrival:

  • a filled in visa application form with a passport-sized photo;
  • a passport valid at least 90 days on the date of exit from Belarus.

3. Assisted obtaining visa on arrival (International Minsk airport)

If there is no Belarusian Consulate in your country or you are short of time, we can assist you in applying for a short-term visa on arrival at a Consular Office of the MSQ Airport.

Визы в БеларусьIn this option WE will take care of all the paperwork for you and our representative accompanies you at every stage including visa office, passport and customs control, luggage, etc.

Our assisted on-arrival Visa Support consists of:

  • submission of the original of the invitation to the Consulate at least 2 days prior to your arrival;
  • personal meeting at the customs control zone with already filled in application form and migration card;
  • optional transportation to the hotel (to any city of the republic) at discounted prices.

To issue an invitation we will need you:

  • to choose a hotel in Belarus that we will book for you (often at discounted rates);
  • to specify the exact dates of stay in Belarus;
  • to specify your flight schedule;
  • to send us your passport copy or data passport with full name, passport number, date of birth, citizenship, passport issued on… valid until…;
  • your place of work, position and address, as well as your home address.

You will need to present to the Consulate on arrival:

  • to have a new passport-size photo on arrival;
  • a passport valid at least 90 days on the date of exit from Belarus.
